When you join our Production Teams, you will be working in an environment that is fast-paced and has people from all walks of life and at various stages in their careers. Even though there is an absolute need for consistency around process, no two days will be the same, and you will be with a team that appreciates the need to work together. Our equipment is big, it is loud, and we have a mix of cutting edge and well-established equipment for you to work on.About your roleBe a part of a production team working on a specific product line. This could be pouch, fresh rolls etc.Work to agreed deadlines and standards around production deliveryCommit to and comply with all safety requirements including working in a safe manner at all times, flagging any safety issues you may encounter and adhering to PPE protocolsWorking cross functionally, building strong relationships with different stakeholders and working as one team and responding positively to directives given by your supervisorWhat will help you succeedWe're seeking individuals who bring a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
