About Your Next Role
They say that first impressions count This is a fantastic start to your fashion career working as the front receptionist at our head office location for Australia's oldest and largest footwear retailer. Located in Abbotsford this role will report to the Office Manager and support all areas of business, including greating our guests at reception, coordinating meeting rooms and assisting the Office Manager with corporate meetings and events. It will also assist with our customer services team, giving you visibility of the amazing organisation. The role is part time and can work across school hours or 4 days a week.

What you will bring to this role;
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for helping people.
- You love fashion and have experience working in a fast paced environment.
- You are a gun at multi-tasking and working towards deadlines.
- Know how to support your team, prioritise and effectively communicate with people at all levels.
- You love your job and are always happy to walk the extra mile for your colleagues and think your way around challenges.
- Have worked in a receptionist role or within a similar field.
- Enjoys problem-solving with creative out-of-the-box approach
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work
- Have had experience working with technology projects such as new POS or ERP implementation
- Retail, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Merchandise and Finance exposure highly regarded
- You love to build rapport with other team members and demonstrate forward-thinking and awareness of business requirements and needs.
