We are currently seeking energetic, motivated and passionate individuals to join our team at **CRAIGIEBURN, VIC**

The **Part Time**/**Causal **role will be for Reception/Customer Service

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Customer Service and Reception - Greeting, being welcoming and friendly to our guests, members and staff.
- General reception duties having exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Assisting in stock take and other admin responsibilities as required.
- Membership and Retail Sales.
- Understanding of our memberships and their requirements.
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym - Making sure both the gym and retail store is clean.
- Reporting any maintenance issues that need attention.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Have previous customer service experience.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- A positive friendly 'can do' attitude
- A highly motivated team player with the ability to multi-task
- Have strong PC literacy and admin skills.
