Training and Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Officer to join our team. As part of this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of effective training programs for ASIS.
Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering specific training programs, contributing to the improvement of training policies and systems, and providing quality client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work under limited supervision as part of a learning and development team
- Effective use of individual and team capabilities to provide a specialist service focused on operational outcomes
- Contribution to compliance, including risk management and mitigation
- Development, preparation, maintenance, and presentation of quality training materials and related documentation
- Evaluation of training and capability audits and contribution to the improvement of training, policies, business processes, and systems
