**The Role & The Team**

This is a part time 6-month fixed term opportunity to support a job share arrangement, 3 days per week. We offer Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

As a Payroll Co-ordinator, you will provide assistance, guidance and supervision to 3 x Payroll Officers and perform fortnightly payroll validations. You will also undertake periodic training needs analysis and deliver the appropriate training to the Payroll Officers. You will be responsible for reviewing and developing current procedures and processes to ensure optimization of the end-to-end payroll cycle.
- Provide consistent, high quality and timely payroll advice to Airservices employees.
- Provide training, guidance and supervision to the Payroll Officers to develop their capability, in line with current operating procedures and policies.
- Undertake periodic training needs analysis (TNA) and deliver appropriate training to the Payroll Officers.
- Ensure fortnightly payroll validations are completed and that any issues identified are resolved in accordance with Payroll procedures in a timely manner.
- Validate remuneration calculations and actions on an ongoing basis as required e.g. terminations and redundancy calculations.
- Review and develop current procedures to ensure optimisation of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Collaboration across the organisation to resolve outstanding employee overpayment recoveries.
- Investigate and resolve anomolies identified through continious control monitoring activities.

**The Person**
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Understanding of Payroll and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience and sound knowledge of SAP system
- Exception/Issues Management combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity with positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated customer service focus and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple levels.
