Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage employee salary payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless payment of employee benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, including tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
