**_Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands on leading a small team of Service Advisors
- Provide excellent customer service by being the escalation point for the advisors and advising
- Be the point of contact for communication between customer, advisor and back of house for dispute resolution
- Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
- Delegating and scheduling of work
- Coaching, developing and assisting your team where required
- Reporting through ERA
- Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and CSI is achieved

**About you**:

- You are a current servicer advisor or assistant manager looking to take that next step in your career; with progression opportunities to service manager
- You will have proven experience assisting & leading a team
- Able and willing to develop, implement and enforce processes and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong Organisational and time management skills
- A ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
- A reliable, Punctual and hardworking disposition

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Drivers License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
