**Are you a visionary leader passionate about education?**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Stage - Wellbeing 3pt Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to inspire, empower, challenge and drive educational excellence within a vibrant school community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Wellbeing and Pastoral Care**:
Develop, implement, and oversee stage-specific wellbeing programs that support the emotional, social, and psychological development of students in alignment with the Catholic Ethos of the College and CSPD. Provide guidance and intervention strategies for students facing personal or academic challenges.

**Leadership and Collaboration**:
Lead and mentor a team of year advisors and support staff within the stage to foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and care. Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents/carers to ensure a consistent approach to student wellbeing.

**Behavioral Management and Support**:
Implement and monitor behavior management strategies that align with the school's and system's values and policies. Address student behavior concerns promptly and effectively, while maintaining a restorative and supportive approach.

**Transition and Progression Oversight**:
Facilitate smooth transitions for students entering, progressing through, and exiting the stage. Work closely with academic and support teams to address students' academic, social, and emotional needs during key transition periods.

**Data and Policy Management**:
Analyse wellbeing and attendance data to identify trends, track the effectiveness of interventions, and inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with school and diocesan policies related to student wellbeing, child protection, and mental health.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Education.
- Current NESA Accreditation.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading a stage or equivalent role.
