The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
With a focus on machinery sales, the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding targets and a strong background in the industry.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales objectivesVisit and meet customers in order to improve or establish relationships between customers and the companyBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersConduct thorough market research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunitiesNegotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both partiesBe responsible for the collection of the amount of salesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competitionProvide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to managementSupport the company in the management of the relationship with the client and promotional activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven sales experience in the machinery industry, preferably with knowledge of aerial work platformsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent business acumen and understanding of market trendsAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of equipment rental companies in Australia will be a definite advantageSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel as requiredFluency in English or Chinese is desiredBenefitsBasic salary + Bonus
