Job Opportunity: Senior Construction Lawyer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Lawyer to join our collaborative team. As a Senior Construction Lawyer, you will advise on major construction and infrastructure mandates, providing expert guidance on complex disputes across Australia and internationally.
Duties and Responsibilities- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft and review construction contracts, EPC documentation, and procurement materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment and Dispute Resolution: Conduct risk assessments and advise on complex disputes, leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.
- Project Closings and Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate project closings and support stakeholder engagement to drive business growth and success.
- Cross-Practice Collaboration: Advise cross-practice teams on related corporate and real estate matters, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' PQE in construction, infrastructure, or projects law
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A positive, team-based approach and a can-do attitude
