THE ROLE
As HR officer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of HR services across the business. This position is a stand-alone role, that will play an essential role in filling any gaps that may have arisen from HR services being outsourced across the past 12 months. Working in an environment where the majority of employees work on a part-time basis, this is an excellent opportunity to maintain a life-work balance whilst having a positive impact.
Key priorities of this role will include.
- Providing comprehensive coaching and advice to leaders to assist them in holding performance related conversations.
- Assisting in the final implementation of employment hero.
- Providing guidance and support to leaders and employees regarding a wide range of HR activities, including activities across the employment lifecycle.
- Working alongside managers to provide integral assistance in the streamlining of compliance training.
- Being instrumental in the successful development, implementation and monitoring of the annual people and culture plan.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident individual, who will feel comfortable leading hard conversations with professionals. You will have a curious mindset and be eager to challenge ways and ask questions.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar HR advisory capacity with experience leading difficult conversations. Experience working in the health care industry, or a lean resourced company, is desirable.
