Hr Officer Job Description:

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to support our Human Resources team as an Hr Officer.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide accurate and timely support to foster a positive work environment across projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, change of condition forms, employee correspondence and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain personnel records while ensuring information contained is current and comprehensive.
  • Assist the HR Advisory team in case management by partaking in investigation disciplinary and performance management meetings by taking meeting minutes.
  • Support managers in developing and maintaining position descriptions for all roles.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management Employment Relations Organisational Psychology or currently working towards completing relevant studies.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on administrative tasks and HR Operations.
  • Familiarity with HR processes including onboarding training performance management and HR administration.
