**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a great opportunity for someone to join our APAC HR team. This is a 10 week casual assignment, filling in for a team member while they're on leave. While in the role, you would provide all round HR Administrative support.

You will enjoy a variety of work where no one day will be the same. You will be able to use your current HR and admin skills while developing a broader range of HR knowledge. Handover and training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Broad generalist administration tasks.
- Managing the on-boarding of new starters.
- Provision of admin and coordination for the HR function such as reporting, contract, and variation creation.
- Payroll backup and assistance.

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
- A qualification in HR of some kind.
- Well-developed administration skills including strong attention to detail and timeframes.
- The ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage day to day workload.
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in a HRIS system and MS Office.
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team and autonomously.
