Working closely with the Branch Manager you will be responsible for facilitating import and export seafreight movements, leading and mentoring a small team to their full potential, ensure the smooth running of the department, driving continuous improvement, and assisting with product growth.
To be successful for this position, you will be an outgoing, enthusiastic industry professional with a passion for all things freight forwarding. A client focused team player who promotes a positive working environment, possess excellent communication and people management skills and proficient with Cargowise software. Previous experience in a similar role, or a senior operator with the willingness and drive to take 'the next step' essential.
