Import Seafreight Operations / Cartage Operator
Location: North Brisbane
Salary: $75k–$85k + super
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full import seafreight operations, including bookings and documentation.
- Coordinate inland cartage schedules from port to final delivery.
- Liaise with shipping lines, agents, customs brokers, and transport providers.
- Prepare documentation: BOL, COO, invoices, customs clearance paperwork.
- Track and monitor shipments using freight systems and tools.
- Handle both FCL and LCL cargo.
About You:
- Experience in import seafreight operations and cartage coordination.
- Strong documentation and customs clearance knowledge.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident problem solver.
- Must have CW1 experience.
