Import Seafreight Operations / Cartage Operator

Location: North Brisbane

Salary: $75k–$85k + super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full import seafreight operations, including bookings and documentation.
  • Coordinate inland cartage schedules from port to final delivery.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, agents, customs brokers, and transport providers.
  • Prepare documentation: BOL, COO, invoices, customs clearance paperwork.
  • Track and monitor shipments using freight systems and tools.
  • Handle both FCL and LCL cargo.

About You:

  • Experience in import seafreight operations and cartage coordination.
  • Strong documentation and customs clearance knowledge.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident problem solver.
  • Must have CW1 experience.
