The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the import and export seafreight movements, leading a small team to achieve optimal results, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, driving continuous improvement, and supporting product growth.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and people management skills, be proficient in Cargowise software, and have previous experience in a similar role or senior operator position with the willingness and drive to take on new challenges.
