**What you'll do**
To ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental legislation and devise strategies to meet targets and best
practice for Pinnacle SA sites
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Promote quality, safety, health and environmental values and systems to embed quality, safety and sustainability into the culture and ways of working
- Implement and maintain Winery food safety, quality standards and environmental management systems (HACCP, EDG, ACO, SWA)
- Working collaboratively with Group Quality Assurance to determine best Practice and alignment for Group Quality and Environmental processes
- Maintain quality, environmental policies and procedures for all operations and maintain quality/food safety and environmental records
- Manage pre-requisite programs for Wineries such as GMP, Pest Control, Approved Supplier Program, recall, allergen management and waste management.
- Manage the site Corrective Action Reporting system - Participate in Investigation of Quality/ Environmental incidents - communication, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Lead and be a site representative for internal/external audits,reviewing results and trends.
- Assist in the maintenance of quality and environmental strategies for all Pinnacle SA sites to meet company targets and best practice for the wine and packaging industries including energy reduction and cleaner processing
- Collate environmental performance data and report information
- Collate information for reporting to NPI and EPA for all relevant Pinnacle SA sites
- Compliance with internal resourcing to ensure that materials are sourced in an environmentally and socially responsible manner

To be successful in this role, you will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders, be a critical thinker and have an open mindset. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:
- Formal Education in Food Safety/Quality or equivalent
- HACCP trained
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Knowledge of Environmental systems
- Experience in Auditing processes
- High level of computer literacy and administrative skills
