**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, friendly, caring and customer focused Corporate Services Associate. This position is best suited to a dedicated career-minded individual with a clear focus on making a difference in people's lives.

This role assists the Association in demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service to all families, clients and visitors. You will be responsible for partnering with another Associate to manage first contact for incoming calls, assisting with enquiries, purchasing, correspondence management, reception and preforming a range of administrative functions.

**About You**
- Be passionate about building a career at the Association;
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong customer service experience;
- Possess excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and a strong client focus;
- Work well under pressure with outstanding organizational skills;
- Articulate interpersonal and verbal communication skills with people at all levels;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook including calendar management; and
- Fulfull the necessary security clearance and vaccination requirements including full COVID Vaccination and NDIS Workers Check.
