About Our Corporate Law Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our dynamic Mining, Energy & Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a passion for corporate law and a desire to work with leading clients in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in advising clients on complex corporate law matters, including acquisitions, divestments, project development, joint venture structuring, offtake agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, royalty agreements, construction and procurement contracts.

Key Requirements:
  • Admitted lawyer with 4-8 years' PAE experience
  • Corporate law expertise, preferably in the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector
