As a key member of the Remuneration and Benefits Team, you will play an integral part in shaping our organisation by providing expert advice and support in relation to remuneration and benefits activities including job evaluations, market benchmarking, remuneration analysis, annual salary reviews, annual and quarterly bonus program calculations, and employee benefits administration.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our National Office in Mulgrave.

**What you'll be doing**

As a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst working for Kmart you will:
- Undertake job evaluations using Mercer- Partner with the P&C teams to provide remuneration advice- Undertake various salary survey submissions- Support the cyclical activities, including the remuneration review and bonus calculation processes across National Office, Stores and Distribution Centres- Be responsible for position management including workflow approvals and maintenance of the organisational structure in Success Factors- Support benefits management for the organisation**To be successful in this role you'll have**:
- Experience working as a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst or similar- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills that will enable you to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and integrity- Experience using Success Factors or another HRIS- Excellent stakeholder management skills- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
