**About the Company**

Our client is an ASX listed leading infrastructure services provider that has recently doubled in size and operates nationally. It has a great opportunity for a remuneration professional who loves a broad-based role and is looking to step up and lead & optimise a function. This position will enable you to positively challenge the status quo, contribute to innovative thinking, and introduce contemporary remuneration and benefit practices to ensure that the business continues to drive growth, attract/retain talent, optimise the workforce and drive productivity.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Group GM, Operations you will work with your Reporting Analyst to set up and build a more contemporary function. The remuneration strategy has been set and you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the group wide remuneration and benefits programs along with managing companywide remuneration programs and cyclical activities. This position is an implementation and "doing" role with many opportunities to streamline and improve the execution of remuneration practices and to bring ideas on fit-for-purpose remuneration programs. Some of your key activities will include:

- Implement the compensation module in Workday.
- Partner with the Analyst to build out analytics and insights to create meaningful dashboards.
- Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and the business on the remuneration philosophy, market data etc.
- Collaborate with your HR colleagues and legal & finance to prepare Committee papers for the Board
- Manage the cyclical activities e.g. annual remuneration review, incentive programs, market matching/pricing, and superannuation offering.
- Collaborate with the Head of IR to provide data modelling for EBA negotiations

**About You**

Tertiary qualified, you are a seasoned, commercial remuneration & benefits specialist and may be working as a 2IC in another listed business and are ready to own the function. You have worked in large, complex industrialised businesses with "hands on" experience working with HRI systems. Whilst a strategic thinker, you are able to balance this with operational execution. This a fantastic role to make your mark in a business that is growing, fast-paced and down-to-earth. You will be working with a great HR team consisting of business partners and Centres on Expertise.
