**About the Role**:
The JELD-WEN Showers business unit is currently seeking a Commercial Manager to manage Commercial Projects for the business unit with a view to developing and executing the sales strategy that will deliver on our business objectives and customer expectations.

Based in Stapylton QLD and working as part of the management team, your key focus will be assessing, evaluating and responding to requests for tender for commercial projects, and then managing the process through to installation to ensure timely completion and a seamless client experience. While this role is not a sales/ business development role, you will spend your time working from a combination of the office and client sites, and while you will not have any direct reports, you will work closely and with the full support of the Installations Manager and General Manager to ensure that projects are adequately resourced and completed on time.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leadership - Lead the JELD-WEN way, you will be a key leader in the group and a key contributor to the group and business unit strategy and overall business performance
- Key Account Management - Manage and nurture profitable strategic relationships with our key accounts/builders/resellers, to deliver on our objective of customer service excellence and profitability. Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Business Development - Continuously improve the business in line with the JELD-WEN and group strategic and plan, promoting and leveraging One JELD-WEN opportunities.
- Market Intelligence - Build and deliver expert knowledge of the market and competitors to our business
- Operational Excellence/Standard Work - Build standardization, consistency and alignment in our sales function and the processes used across the business.
- Salesforce CRM Effectiveness - Work with the business leaders to build a digital strategy that delivers full adoption of Salesforce CRM and a culture of continuous improvement. Work with customer service management to deliver end to end digital solutions for a seamless customer experience
- Pricing Management - Work with the National Pricing Manager and business unit leaders to develop pricing strategies and discount management programs that will deliver the business objectives
- Customer Service - Continually strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes through providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.

**About You**:
We are looking to leverage your previous installations, supervisory or projects experience within the construction industry. You will be commercially astute and have excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.

You will also have:

- Exceptional consultative selling skills with proven track record of success across the sales cycle from plan to close, and ability to coach and mentor others in the skill set

- Systems savvy - experience with MS Office suite, Salesforce, etc.
