Coordinator, Early Careers Programs
to join our team and play a key role in supporting graduate, traineeship, apprenticeship and student planner programs.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless and enriching experience for candidates. You will actively support annual event planning, logistics, and project facilitation through diligent resource coordination and stakeholder engagement. Our team will depend on you for maintaining meticulous records, contracts, and essential documentation to uphold compliance with administrative policies and standards, ensuring every detail is accurately managed and all processes run smoothly.

About You
Highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
A customer-focused mindset and a self-starter attitude
Solid administrative skills and a knack for process improvement
A genuine passion for supporting early career development
Key knowledge and experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role or related field will be highly regarded.
Highly experienced in utilising MS Suite, SharePoint, and other administrative support applications, or in a role where these tools formed a significant part of daily responsibilities.
