The Arnotts Group are looking for an Early Careers Coordinator to join our team based in North Strathfield on a part-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating our Graduate Program.

**Key responsibilities**:
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Manager to activate all elements of the program
- from the recruitment drive, through to onboarding and ongoing program management. Accountabilities include:

- Assisting in implementing the graduate engagement strategy
- Coordinating and facilitating Graduate inductions
- In partnership with internal key stakeholders, coordinate university engagement activities
- Coordinating the updating of online marketing collateral for annual graduate campaigns
- Liaising with Talent Management team to refresh the Graduate L&D playlist on GrowthHub (our e-learning platform)
- Coordinating L&D activities with the graduates such as Lunch & Learn sessions
- Track graduates progress and prepare relevant reports
- Facilitating myPGT for the graduates including OKR's, year-end activities and cross functional projects
- Coordinate and assist the facilitation of the Graduate Buddy program

**Ingredients to be successful**:

- 2 years minimum experience in a HR role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Great relationship building skills
- Collaborative team player
- Some exposure to a HR information System is an advantage
- Ability to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week)
