Assume responsibility for designing and delivering comprehensive apprenticeship development pathways. This encompasses TAFE integration, rotations, specialist programs, and skills development to ensure a structured, supportive journey for each apprentice, setting them up for success.

Mentor and guide apprentices in conjunction with trainers, supervisors, and TAFE partners to deliver training that is compliant, practical, and forward-thinking.

This position can be based at multiple locations across the country, including major cities and regional areas.

A Day in the Life at Our OrganizationIn This Role You'll
  • Coordinate core apprenticeship programs focusing on hand skills, wiring, and digital pathways.
  • Oversee TAFE integration and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • Manage apprentice rotations across business units to foster a broad skill set.
  • Monitor apprentice progress, competency achievement, and compliance records.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.
