**Sales Manager** - Northern New South Wales (12-Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover)
**Location**: Northern Beaches to Byron Bay, Northern New South Wales
Are you passionate about the tourism industry and have a knack for sales and account management? TTC Tour Brands, a leader in the travel and tourism sector with brands such as **Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver, and Contiki**, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to cover the beautiful Northern New South Wales, from the Northern Beaches to Byron Bay, on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
- Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
- Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
- Budget Management: Manage the Sales Manager budget efficiently, adhering to policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales management and account management.
- Experience in the tourism industry is desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
- Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.
