Position DetailsLocation: Queenstown, Woodville, Largs BayShifts currently available:Shifts available across a 7-day roster (weekdays and weekends)Shift times range from 6:00am – 11:00pmShift duration, based on customers needs and funding, shift times range from 2 hours to 8 hoursKey responsibilities: Community access and transportSocial supportsPersonal careManual handlingDomestic duties Assisting customers with meal planning, preparation and cookingExperience and/or training in Medication Administration is desirable, but further training will be providedExperience and/or training in Behaviours of Concern is desirable, but further training will be provided Qualifications and Experience:Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support, or similar qualification (desirable) CPR certificate completed in the last 12 monthsFirst Aid certificate completed in the last 3 yearsManual Handling completed in the last 12 monthsNDIS Workers ScreeningSouth Australian Working with Children screeningNDIS Workers Orientation ModuleNDIS Supporting Safe Meals TrainingNDIS Supporting Effective CommunicationExperience with medication administration is desirable, but further training will be provided Other Requirements:Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance, and willing to transport customers for community participation Evidence of the right to work within AustraliaCustomers requesting female support workers BenefitsProximity to your location Supportive, rewarding, and friendly work environmentSalary packaging benefits (up to $15,899 tax free)Relevant customer specific training providedMember led organisation – our customers are also on our board A Little About Us:For 30 years, Enhanced Lifestyles has been delivering individualised, high-quality support across South Australia, empowering people with disabilities to live independently and make choices that matter.
