The Role: As a Store Manager at Lovisa, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Your Duties Will Include
  • Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experience, where every customer feels truly valued and respected. Create an inclusive, positive vibe in-store where genuine connections are made, and each visit is an unforgettable experience.   • Managing daily operations, ensuring that stock is well-managed. It's all about creating an inspiring, on-brand experience for our customers while maintaining our 50 Points of Perfection in every detail.
  • Driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining a fun, Team-focused atmosphere.
  • Ensuring Team are trained, engaged, and aligned with Lovisa's 10+ 1 Culture Commitments.
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for your Team.
