**About the Role**

Provide a range of property and project management support services including contract management, compliance and property maintenance to support the Workplace and Wellbeing team deliver the broader strategic objectives.

**Duties**

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Property Advisor you will:

- Provide property maintenance to all general areas across all 5 sites including all aesthetics and lighting.
- Manage and support contract management activities to drive strong stakeholder management, operational and financial efficiencies by ensuring appropriate and efficient financial management of facilities related expenditure.
- Lead negotiations with external vendors to ensure value for money is attained and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Manage maintenance requests, work health and safety (WHS) incident obligations and regular building code assessment to ensure high level of compliance.
- Identify health and safety risks and hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies, given the diversity of work across the organisation.
- Design, develop and implement effective system tools and processes that help support efficiencies in day-to-day operations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in facilities management, providing property and project management support services in a busy office environment
- Capacity to complete manual tasks and spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking
- Ability to work under pressure and work to tight timeframes when delivering workplace fit outs, restacks and relocations.
- A valid NSW Driver License and willingness to drive between office locations on occasion (Sydney, Parramatta, Wollongong, Gosford and Newcastle)
