**The Company**
Mitolo Family Farms is a family owned South Australian business, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our People, our Brands and our Product Quality. Our operations commenced in 1972 and we celebrate our 50th anniversary of business operations this year. We are a horticultural company that grows packs and distributes potatoes and onions, with our main offices, production packing and dispatch facilities located in Virginia and Hillston, NSW.
**The Position**
Reporting to the IT Manager, this position of IT Support Officer is part of a team of 5 IT professionals supporting the Mitolo Family Farms business across production, farms, and administration. This role will give you an opportunity to develop your IT skills alongside a team who are experienced and skilled in their profession.
This position would suit an already experienced IT Support Officer looking to broaden their IT knowledge and has proven problem-solving skills and is up for a challenge.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
The IT Support Officer is responsible for the support of day-to-day operational IT issues across all sites and for all levels of end users. This includes such devices as computers, tablets, mobile phones, printers and manufacturing equipment where and when required.
- ability to support the IT Manager in the delivery of IT services
- perform onsite first level helpdesk support to end-users
- perform basic system maintenance and administration
- identify and resolve software/hardware issues
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- understanding of Networks
- energetic, enthusiastic and willing to help others with their IT problems
- ability to explain technical information in basic terms
- strong written and oral communication skills together with a strong customer service focus
- confidence and maturity
**What we're looking for**:
With a passion for IT, you will possess previous experience in supporting users with general troubleshooting issues. You will be someone who enjoys taking initiative, with the expertise to be challenged and take ownership of your role and the opportunity to develop.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
