Our client is looking for an enthusiastic team player who can provide a variety of support services in a complex and fast paced program environment. You will support day to day operations through the delivery of timely, professional, and confidential administrative services.

Based in the Program Delivery Office, reporting to the Program Director, the Program Support Officer will take responsibility for specific deliverables that support program success.

The role will work alongside the ICT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) which is part of the Information Technology Service Branch. This role would ensure compliance to their ICT PMO standards and assist in the preparation for and undertaking of assurance activities.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of skills and experience in:

- Preparing concise and well written reports, presentations, briefing notes and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards and formats
- Coordinating meetings, which may include:

- preparing, collating and disseminating documents such as agendas, minutes and reports in a timely manner
- making room bookings and preparing the room prior to meetings
- administering attendee lists
- providing other secretariat support as required, to support the effectiveness of these meetings.
- Compiling program artefacts for record keeping and assurance.
- Supporting recruitment processes including administrative tasks through RMS as well as liaising with recruiting agencies.
