This is a **Part Time.6 FT** (approx. 22.8 Hrs per week) permanent role, which can be spread across 3 or 4 days. May suit someone with relevant skills completing additional study.

The role is a mix of office and site based work, effectively the eyes and ears for the architecture team. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, inspection and documentation, supporting the parks development team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with wide range of people to inform the design and deliver high quality parkland outcomes to our community.
- Undertake the Contract Administration process to ensure landscape capital projects are completed successfully in accordance with the design and specification.
- Participates in project planning and provide feedback on progress and potential improvements
- Prepare specifications and documentation for a range of parks projects to be tendered.
- Undertake administration tasks such as purchase requisitions for the creation of Purchase Orders and record keeping for contract documentation and performance outcomes.
- Utilise standard contractual provisions to mitigate contractual business risks.
- Oversee the administration of contracts to ensure accuracy of pricing, scope variations, updates to terms and conditions. Undertake regular site inspections.
- Record keeping for contract documentation and performance outcomes.

**What you will bring**:

- Possession of Certificate II or III in Horticulture or equivalent.
- Significant relevant experience in horticultural or landscape construction practice.
- Experience in supporting Horticulture, Landscape or Irrigation construction projects through using Project Management and Contract Administration principles.
- Possession of Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Possession of Construction card or White card or equivalent.
