In the role of Advisor (Accessibility and Inclusion) you will provide professional, efficient and confidential program support to the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) and Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the Customer Services Branch (CSB) Accessibility and Inclusion Program.

**Accountabilities include**:
Program Management
- Support the SRO and Program Manager deliver the CSB Accessibility and Inclusion Program.
- Maintain the CSB Accessibility and Inclusion Program of Work.

Project Management
- Collaboratively lead or support project initiatives and tasks in a high performing and agile team environment.
- Undertake the secretariat role for the CSB Voice Program, a key employee engagement tool in CSB.

Stakeholder engagement and change
- Assist in the development and delivery of the program's cultural change and communications plan.
- Support and help to grow the CSB Accessibility and Inclusion Interest Group and supporting platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders by being optimistic and responsive to needs and expectations.

Administration
- Proactively take action on tasks that do not require the SRO and Program Manager's close involvement.
- Manage team administrational activities, for example electronic mailbox management, recordkeeping, meeting and event arrangements.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of correspondence.

This role reports to the Program Manager (Accessibility and Inclusion).
