Accessibility and Inclusion Specialist


Role Overview:

The Accessibility and Inclusion Specialist will provide expert support to ensure the successful delivery of the Accessibility and Inclusion Program. This includes maintaining the program of work, leading project initiatives, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the program of work for the Accessibility and Inclusion Program.
  • Support the Senior Responsible Owner and Program Manager in delivering the program.
  • Lead or support project initiatives and tasks in a high-performing team environment.
  • Undertake the secretariat role for employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and delivering cultural change and communications plans.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
