**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Position Description Writer and Evaluator is responsible for delivering a range of job analysis, position description writing and job evaluation services and advice, as well as developing processes, tools and resources to ensure position description and job evaluation governance and quality standards are maintained.
**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for a Position Description Writer and Evaluator with experience in developing and evaluating executive and non-executive position descriptions. You are adept at engaging diverse stakeholders, have an interest in developing and implementing new tools and processes and like to work in both a 'business as usual' and project environment.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience delivering job analysis, position descriptions and job evaluations
- Experience providing business consultancy and advice to assist with job analysis and position design
- Strong analytical skills
