Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified educator to facilitate learning experiences for children, maintain effective communication with parents and ensure health & safety standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education. As an educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, maintaining positive relationships with team members and ensuring a high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of allocated children
  • Be part of a collaborative teaching environment that promotes shared knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain effective communication with parents through regular updates and meetings
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs on a regular basis
  • Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment that fosters children's growth and development
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members to promote a cohesive and supportive work culture

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Available to work Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, 38 hours per week
  • Working knowledge of National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Able to develop authentic connections with children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
