Clinical Placement Coordinator Role

The Clinical Placement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Clinical Placement team nationwide. This involves providing high-level administrative support, focusing on student communications and accuracy of data and compliance with internal and external processes and procedures.

This role requires:

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective communication skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to student inquiries regarding clinical placement requirements
  • Allocating students to suitable clinical facilities in line with their program needs
  • Providing administrative support to the health & education industry team
  • Maintaining accurate records of student and facility information in the placement management system
  • Contributing to the preparation of orientation and class presentations

We're seeking an individual with:

  • A minimum 1 year experience in administration or sales support within an education environment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Familiarity with database or student/customer information systems
