**Our new rCX Broadway store will be over 2800 square metres - we need an experienced and knowledgeable retail manager to join us for the ride**

**Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences.**

**About you**
- You are an experienced retail people leader with the confidence to manage a large team
- You have the ability and motivation to mentor, inspire and uplift the team
- Your communication skills and your open, friendly nature ensure both customers and team members can approach you with ease
- You bring a detailed understanding of and drive to achieve sales targets, KPI's and budgets for a large store
- You are focused on zero harm and understand the safety of our customers and team is top priority
