**The Opportunity**
We are seeking Group Facilitator to join our multidisciplinary team at Warners Bay Private Hospital. In this role you will be facilitating our inpatient and/or day outpatient group therapy program.
You will have training or experience in at least one of the following modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT. Training and experience in IPT, CPT, and RO DBT highly regarded.
You will need to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and the ability to engage patients across age groups and a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, personality disorders and trauma-related disorders.
Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
**Skills and Experience**
You will have the ability to plan and organise skills groups, along with a commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment. To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated and flexible team player with a high degree of professionalism.
- You will need to demonstrate:_
- Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent mental health care professional registration such as Mental Health Social Worker
- Training and experience facilitating group therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibility
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite
**Remuneration**
On offer is base hourly salary ranging from **$36.35 - $56.49** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW HPSS EA Year 1-8)
