Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV or equivalent in Community Services, Mental Health, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating group-based social and basic living skill activities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of the recovery model and its application to adults experiencing severe mental health issues.
