Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized EDI Order Coordinator to join our team in the wholesale clothing sector. This is a fast-paced office-based role, working closely with major clients in managing large order volumes through the EDI process from receipt to invoice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who can coordinate service delivery between internal teams and external clients effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end EDI order coordination, managing large order volumes from receipt to invoice.
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external clients to coordinate service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills on a daily basis; show initiative and develop product knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A business customer service/account management background.
  • Strong end-to-end EDI ordering system experience (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP, ORACLE, PRONTO).
  • The ability to handle client and internal stakeholder demands effectively.
  • A high level of proficiency in picking up new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
