THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader (Gyprock Trade) to join our team in in our Welshpool office in Western Australia. You will be working Monday to Friday, either 7am - 3pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm
You will play an essential role in representing our business Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will support our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time If you are seeking an innovative industry, with engaging customer experiences and a sense of accomplishment through coaching for successthis is the role for you.

**A typical day looks like**:

- Customer Service and support to our Gyprock sales team.
- Provide coaching for team members to ensure role clarity and achievement of targets set.
- Responsible for day-to-day facilitation of customer inquiries and orders achieving agreed service outcomes through the Distribution Network.
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all tasks and orders, confirmation and managing warehouse stock & transport availability.
- Providing clear and accurate communication with external and internal stakeholders, guaranteeing agreed service outcomes.
- Assist with Customer inquiries on feedback improvements.
- To drive a culture based on an uncompromising commitment to safety.

**You will have the following**:

- Experience in managing & coaching a small team for success
- Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills
- Be enthusiastic about customer service with suitable experience to match
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirable
