Are you a natural-born leader with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Timezone Eastgardens is opening its doors soon, and we're looking for dynamic, hands-on, Venue Manager to bring the energy, excitement, and FUN to life
In this role, you'll be the captain of the ship, steering a brand-new entertainment venue to success You'll lead a passionate team, deliver remarkable guest experiences, and make sure every visit is packed with joy, laughter, and memories.
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Championing our values: FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER
- Leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entertainment-packed venue
- Creating unforgettable moments for guests - from families to birthday parties to corporate groups, we want to celebrate it all in a remarkable way
- Driving people + financial success and operational excellence across the board
- Building a culture that makes your team jump out of bed in the morning
- Who You Are:

- You're WWCC Certified and have valid First Aid/CPR Certificates - this is a must
- A hands-on, effective manager with experience supervising or leading hospitality/retail/entertainment locations
- A proactive leader who inspires teams and is a key driver of great results
- A relationship-builder who thrives on creating amazing guest experiences
- Financially savvy with a sharp eye for venue performance and taking care of your people
- Passionate about making people smile and making FUN your business
