As part of the Operations team, this role will manage the compliance obligations of the company in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Responsibilities include:

- Monitor state and federal government regulatory and funding contractual requirements
- Day-to-day support to all campuses on Compliance and Quality matters
- Prepare and lead the company in external audits
- Implementation of control systems to sustain improvement measures
- Conduct regularly risk assessment evaluations, reporting and implement necessary actions/activities to remain in compliance with regulatory expectations

**Essential skills and requirements**
- Previous experience managing compliance functions of an RTO
- Knowledge and understanding if the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and RTO standards
- Cert 4 in Training and Assessment
- Diploma in Quality Auditing (highly desirable)
- Experience in preparing for ASQA regulatory and state audits
- Knowledge and experience of state training authority contractual
requirements specifically in WA
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with the following reporting requirements:

- AVETMISS (Australian Vocational Education and Training

Management Information Statistical Standard)
- Total VET Activity
- Quality Indicator, and
- Competency Completion
