Our Victorian Retail Division requires an experienced and reliable Account Manager. The purpose of the role is responsible for servicing the contract deliverables to the client, profitably and expense management, in support of the State Manager.

The Accounts Manager is responsible for comprehensively understanding contract deliverables and organising self and the team to ensure those deliverables are profitably met. In ensuring contract compliance, the Accounts Manager will anticipate client's evolving requirements and maintain a constant dialogue with clients, to deliver the highest level of compliance and service.

It is a key purpose of the role to provide constant innovation and ensure that the contract is delivered sustainably and profitably, in accordance with agreed targets.

Key accountabilities include
- Be a safety leader and put safety at the centre of everything we do.
- Ensuring workers have been inducted into the risks associated with their activities prior to commencement and annually reviewed.
- Ensuring workers have and maintain the minimum mandatory competencies required to undertake their roles and responsibilities safely. Review this to identify training needs at a minimum of quarterly. Ensure the training register is maintained and training records are retained.
- Facilitate a site safety audit to identify hazards, non-conformances, and opportunities for improvement at a minimum of quarterly.
- Ensure all hazards and incidents involving **m*illennium workers are reported and reviewed within 24 hours, or as soon as is reasonably practicable to **m**illennium Management. Ensure **m*illennium's notification and escalation procedure is always complied with.
- Conduct regular consultation and communication with workers to facilitate two way communication between management and workers.
- Ensure **m**illennium safe work practices, policies and procedures are communicated and complied with at all sites.

The incumbent will ensure that millenniums Modern Slavery policies and procedures are always followed. The incumbent will
- Complete and remain up to date with the training requirements on modern slavery risks
- Comply with our policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct in relation to Modern Slavery
- Report any suspicions you may have about modern slavery risks within the business and supply chains.

**Leadership, Management, Teamwork**
- Lead, oversee and manage the operational team at Site level
- Ensure that employees have updated ENTO daily to reflect actual hours worked (including leave taken)
- Induct and on-board all new employees including site inductions
- Ensure all PeopleHub processes are followed, and all data is complete, accurate and up to date
- Implement/deliver company training programs and initiatives (safety, compliance, etc)
- Implement and ensure compliance with all **m**illennium and client policies, procedures, protocols, and processes.

**Customer Experience - Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence**
- Understand contract deliverables and scope
- Ensure contract obligations are met.
- Participate in quality-of-service delivery audits at each site with State Manager.
- Ensure site has and displays up to date SOPs and (security) manual to all times.
- Maintain regular client contact engagement and delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Work with State Manager to develop and implement plans to improve service levels and profitability.

Comply with all client reporting requirements - weekly, monthly, 1/2 yearly and annually

The overall responsibility of the role is to ensure that **m*illennium meets the contractual cleaning obligations at the site whilst at the same time working on initiatives that deliver efficiency and effectiveness improvement opportunities for **m*illennium and its customers.

- Understand site(s) contract deliverables and scope of works.
- Review and analyse delivery model for services at site(s).
- Make recommendations for and implement delivery plans that provide compliant service delivery, improve service levels and profitability.
