Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available in our Aftersales call centre team. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our team, located in Fortitude Valley. Reporting into the Senior Team Leader - Aftersales, you will provide an exceptional level of support, coaching, and mentoring to your team of 11 Consultants. You will help drive this team to deliver highly successful outcomes.

**If successful for this role, you will be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to**:

- Partner with the National Contact Centre Manager and the Senior Team Leader - Aftersales to drive a positive team culture.
- Oversee Team adherence to customer service standards, and ensure minimum customer care communication targets are met.
- Provide support and ensure that a plan of internal and external training is devised and implemented for each staff member within your team.
- Ensure all members of your team promote and follow the required company processes and procedures with correct utilisation of the company's platforms.
- Maintain call centre phone system and reporting ensuring call KPI's are delivered.
- Utilise your conflict resolution skills to support both our customers and your team by effectively resolving any expressions of dissatisfaction or escalated customer complaints received.
