Embark on a challenging yet rewarding career as a Customer Service Manager. This role involves leading a friendly and supportive team at our Brisbane Airport Catering Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Communicate information regarding changes to orders from aircraft to internal departments
  • Represent the company at internal and external functions, ensuring strong representation of the company's products
  • Participate in regular audit and quality controls to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Provide expert advice to client airlines on customer service, logistics, and customs information

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in Client Management roles
  • Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable
  • Ability to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
