Customer Service Specialist

  • Engage with customers in a vibrant contact centre, handling high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chat inquiries.

Delivering exceptional customer service across all channels is crucial to our success. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to jump into a fast-paced, fun and supportive environment.

Our ideal candidate will be a communication superstar with strong verbal, listening and written communication skills. They'll be able to manage high volume service related inquiries: orders, refunds, account and general inquiries and feedback within our vibrant contact centre.

Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 7am to 6pm, with rostering provided in advance. This role requires full availability across Mon-Sun and is fully onsite in Brendale for the first 3-6 months.

  • Key responsibilities include engaging with customers in a contact centre, handling inbound calls, emails and web chats, and managing high volume service related inquiries.
