Clinical Provider (Australia - Sydney, Perth, & Adelaide)

This role involves supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions. It is a freelance, remote position offering flexible hours. While local candidates are preferred, others are also considered. This role is ideal for those looking to supplement their current practice or job.
We seek Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to collaborate in providing greater mental health access and support mental health coaching.
Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support to clients
Handle clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform
Requirements
Master's or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
At least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree
Proficient in English and local language communication
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
Experience in EAP, working with adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus
Willingness to work onsite if necessary is a plus
