Clinical Services to NDIS Participants

Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide clinical services to individuals with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our national team of experienced professionals.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and observing participants' challenging behaviours and developing strategies to increase skills and improve emotion regulation.
  • Developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments to enhance quality of life and promote independence.
  • Providing assessments and interventions across the lifespan and across a diverse range of presentations in NDIS Psychology services.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to become registered.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses is highly desirable.
  • A car and valid driver's licence.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.
